Your journey with us
We will arrange to come and see you at a convenient time. Depending on the scope of works, it can take a little time to go through things so make sure that you book the appointment when you have upto an hour free to discuss things. During the visit, we will take measurements and look at what is and what is not possible.
Our survey will ensure that we have all the details of your project and will make sure that we understand exactly what you are looking for in terms of style and design. We will work with you to help you decide on ranges , styles , colours etcyou would like.
We will put together a full itemised labour estimate of work for you which will show you exactly what we propose to do. This will be another chance for you to run through things to check that we have understood your requirements , and ask any questions if you are unsure of anything.
As part of our bathroom and kitchen design service , we will carry out a CAD drawing for you. For a small additional cost, this could be supplied to you to keep. Of course, if you do choose to go ahead with us, the cost of the CAD drawing would be deducted from the cost of the project. The CAD will show you exactly what your bathroom/kitchen will look like when it is finished; it can be used to see any proposed changes to layout that you are considering.
Once you have confirmed that you would like us to carry out your project , you will be allocated a start date and deal directly with our Project Manager who will be your first port of call and will oversee your entire project.
A date will be agreed and any financial paperwork will be dealt with.
Once ranges , styles , coloured etc have been chosen , our Project Manager will order all the materials and ensure that the correct tradesmen are scheduled into the project to ensure a smooth process.
Materials will be ordered in preparation for the fitting. Your Project Manager will be in contact with you throughout the project.
Our fitters will arrive on site and get started on the work. The project will usually begin by stripping out what is there at the moment and the schedule of works would continue from day two or three , depending on the size of project , where there may be a number of visits from our different tradesmen including plumbers , electricians , tilers, carpenters, plasterers , decorators etc.
Throughout various points of the project , and on completion , the Project Manager will make visits to check that you are happy with everything and make sure that everything has been completed to our very high standard.
